Store Policies

SHIPPING:

Forte's Parts Connection will package and ship your parts carefully to ensure safe delivery. We use United Parcel Service for our shipments. You must inspect your parts when they arrive to make sure they arrived safely and undamaged. If your parts are damaged, you must notify UPS at the time of delivery and also contact us to advise us of the issue.

Forte's Parts Connection also ships internationally and uses a variety of shipping services to provide worldwide coverage.

You may also pick up your parts at the store. Please see our contact page for store hours, or to contact us directly to arrange pickup. You must verify your order has been received prior to picking up your parts.

RETURNS:

All returns must be approved prior to return. An RGA # will be issued by Forte's Parts and must appear prominently on the return packaging. Returns must be made within 90 days from date of shipment. A restocking fee of 15% is applicable to all returns. Sales after 90 days are considered final and not returnable unless special circumstances warrant consideration. Forte's Parts will determine whether special circumstances apply on a case by case basis. Product must be received back complete and in new condition. Items scratched, damaged, or previously installed are not returnable.
